What we Actually Do
We spec every part ourselves — modelled directly off the OEM plastic it replaces, not guessed at from photos. Aerospace-grade 3K dry carbon, cured under heat and pressure the same way motorsport and aviation parts are built, not hand-laid wet carbon that flexes and yellows. Every single part is hand-checked by our own team in Sweden before it ships — we don't let anything out the door that we wouldn't run on our own bikes.
Dry carbon costs more to produce than wet layup. It also doesn't crack the way wet carbon does, doesn't yellow under UV the way cheap resin does, and doesn't add the extra weight wet layup needs for the same strength. We only work in dry carbon because building it any cheaper would mean building it worse — and we're not interested in selling worse.

The Platforms We Know
We don't chase every bike on the road. We go deep on the platforms we actually ride and understand — KTM EXC, GasGas EC, Husqvarna FE, KTM Duke, and the supermoto builds built off them. Staying focused on a smaller range means every part is fitted and finished properly, instead of stretched thin across a catalog nobody's actually tested.
